Answer:

Log in to your Plesk control panel. Click "VhostWeb Site Builder".

Existing website:

Warning: Be careful, because when you click Publish in the site builder, your old website will be overwritten. We recommend to make a backup first.

New website:

  1. Select a template that looks the best.
  2. Make required changes
  3. Click Publish
