You can forward your email address to another address easily in Plesk Control Panel.
For example, you can set up:
info@mytestdomain.org -> anothermailbox@anotherdomain.com
However, this is no longer a recommend setup and will lead to problems with email delivery.
We do not recommend forwarding to external email address, especially Gmail.
Because forwarding breaks SPF which will often mark these email as spam in Gmail, and give bad reputation to (y)our mail server.
The correct way to do this
- create normal emailbox via our Control Panel
- In gmail go to Settings->Accounts->Add another email address, and follow the steps.
- Enjoy reliable email. Depending on how often you get email, Gmail will choose how often they check your mailbox. So it can take 15 minutes to receive an email that is already in your inbox.
