Question: We have enabled 7% tax for the customer, by going to the shopping cart and then adding a tax rule, but the products still show without tax. We would like to always show the price including tax in the cart and everywhere.
Answer:
1) Taxes are applied in Store according to a country the client specifies in billing details during checkout. When creating taxes in Store, you need to specify countries ("Destination zones" dialog) for which it will be applied.
2) Unfortunately taxes cannot be added to a base product price. You can workaround this, by specifying the base product price with taxes at once and optionally write in product description that the price includes tax.
