แจ้งเตือนลูกค้า VhostWeb

กรุณาส่งต่ออีเมลแจ้งเตือนนี้ไปยังแผนกการเงิน / บัญชี ของท่าน

โปรดระวังมิจฉาชีพ !!

เนื่องจาก Vhostweb ได้รับแจ้งจากลูกค้าว่ามีผู้แอบอ้างเรียกเก็บค่าบริการโฮสติ้งผ่านทางอีเมล โดยมีขั้นตอนหลอกลวงคือ

  1. ส่งอีเมลจาก  support@my-hostingdomain.com  หรืออีเมลอื่นที่ส่งจากโดเมน my-hostingdomain.com 
  2. แอบอ้างว่าเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่จาก VhostWeb/ บริษัท โค๊ด ออเร้นจ์ จำกัด แจ้งเตือนใบชำระหนี้เกินกำหนดชำระ และจะระงับการใช้บริการหากลูกค้าไม่ชำระเงิน
  3. มีการแจ้งชื่อแพ็คเกจ รูปภาพ รอบบิล หรือจำนวนเงินที่อาจจะตรง หรือไม่ตรงกับโฮสติ้งของลูกค้า
  4. หลอกให้โอนเงินผ่านทาง QR Code ซึ่งเป็นบัญชีของมิจฉาชีพ ห้ามโอนเงินเด็ดขาด
  5. เบอร์ติดต่อ 02-***-8464

ทาง VhostWeb ขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่าทางเราไม่มีนโยบายการติดต่อลูกค้าผ่านทางอีเมลอื่น นอกเหนือจากช่องทางติดต่อของ Vhostweb เท่านั้น

สำหรับช่องทางการชำระเงิน จะเป็นการโอนผ่านบัญชีที่เปิดในนาม บริษัท โค๊ด ออเร้นจ์ จำกัด เท่านั้น

  • หาก VhostWeb มีข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับการชำระเงินของลูกค้า ทาง VhostWeb จะติดต่อลูกค้าผ่านทางหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ 061-123-3390 เท่านั้น

หากลูกค้าได้รับการติดต่อให้ชำระค่าบริการในกรณีดังกล่าว หรือกรณีอื่นๆ ที่คิดว่าผิดปกติ หรือมีข้อสงสัยต้องการสอบถามเพิ่มเติม ลูกค้าสามารถติดต่อผ่านช่องทางติดต่อที่ปรากฏอยู่บนเว็บไซต์ของทาง VhostWeb ค่ะ

It has come to our attention that some of our esteemed customers have reported instances of fraudulent activities. Individuals posing as representatives from VhostWeb/Code Orange Co., Ltd. have been attempting to solicit payments for hosting services through deceptive emails.

Recognizing Fraudulent Activities:

  • Emails from Suspicious Domains: Be cautious of emails sent from support@my-hostingdomain.com or any address associated with the domain my-hostingdomain.com or any domain that is not vhostweb.com
  • False Notifications: These impostors may claim to be officials from VhostWeb, alleging overdue payments and threatening service suspension.
  • Inaccurate Service Details: They may cite incorrect package names, billing cycles, or amounts that do not align with your actual hosting services.
  • QR Code Payments: A tactic involves tricking recipients into transferring money via QR Codes linked to the scammer’s account. Please do not proceed with such transactions.

Official Payment Channels

VhostWeb wishes to reiterate that we do not engage in customer contact through unauthorized emails for payment notifications. Our official payment channels are strictly through accounts held in the name of Code Orange Company Limited.

  • Unauthorized Payment Methods: We do not request payments via QR Code, Prompt Pay, or personal accounts.
