ลูกค้ายังสามารถแจ้งปัญหาซัพพอร์ตผ่านทางช่องทางต่างๆ ของ VhostWeb ได้ตามปกติ แต่การให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่อาจมีความล่าช้าในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว
